You are responsible for credentials on your account. You must not misuse our systems, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, or use our services for unlawful activity.

3. Merchant data

Merchants remain responsible for customer data, tax compliance, and content entered into POS or storefront systems. We provide the platform as a service provider.

4. Intellectual property

Our software, branding, and documentation are owned by G SMART DEVELOPER or its licensors. You receive only the rights granted in your subscription or license.

5. Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. You use business-critical features at your own risk and should maintain backups.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, G SMART DEVELOPER is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the services.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Tamil Nadu shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
